Grace also makes a bee-line for the dishwasher, and is always standing on the door. Since we JUST got the new dishwasher, we shoo her off as soon as we see her, but she is quite determined!
I've been meaning to ask you--did Kenna ever learn to go down the stairs? Grace still hasn't, and she's only gotten faster and more efficient at going up them! I'm hoping you have some great tip for me! : )
For Grace going downstairs, we taught our two girls how to turn around and go/slide down on their stomachs. It took a few trimes of us turning them around but once they understood the concept of going down backwards it was less worriesome. Good luck.
Thanks, Ski. Yeah, that's what we've done with all the others. Grace just isn't getting that! She never will go down when she's turned backwards--only up--and it hasn't clicked on the turning around at the top of the stairs either! Ah well, makes life exciting, LOL. : )
